The partnership between Surge Forte Investment Limited and Sinotech International Development Co., Limited began on the water in 2017, following years of collaborative project delivery across dredging, land reclamation, and bulk sand supply programmes. Building on this proven track record, the relationship was formally established in April 2021 as a full Joint Venture (JV), creating an integrated structure in which both companies operate as a single project delivery organisation.

Within this integrated structure, Surge Forte engineers, designs, and fabricates equipment systems using Sinotech's advanced technology and international technical expertise, while leading project execution, operations, and regulatory compliance to ensure every project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality, in full alignment with client expectations.
